The revitalization of Regent Park (east of Parliament between Gerrard and Dundas Streets) will take over 10 years with many phases of construction. In the meantime, low-income residents are being relocated while redevelopment takes place. The city of Toronto states this project will replace outdated social housing units with eco-friendly, energy efficient homes and market condominiums.
