Ready to win: Enza Anderson is gearing up for this fall's election.

A people's councillor: Anderson knows winning the election means reaching beyond the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood. "The riding expands further than the gay community. I want to say to people that I want to be a city council for everybody. For queers, for straight people, for business people for those less fortunate," Anderson said.

Third time lucky: The fall election will be the third time Anderson has run for municipal election. "I thought, let me try one more time," Anderson said. "I’m not a career seeking politician. For me it’s a matter of making a difference on issues that affect a city I love."
