The main man returned after a seven-game hiatus but it made no difference to the 18, 736 in attendance.

Chris Bosh’s dramatic return to the court had little positive effect as the Toronto Raptors dropped a 114-101 decision to the Philadelphia 76ers at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday afternoon.

A memo to the opponent: when you play the Raptors, you’re never out of a game.

Toronto blew a 15-point, fourth quarter lead, but rallied to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers 104-93 at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night.

Sixers guard Lou Williams held the Midas touch, dropping 14 points in the final frame to help turn an 80-65 deficit into a 93-93 tie with 2:06 to play.

It wasn’t handsome but a win still looks good.

Chris Bosh poured in 36 points and added 11 rebounds as the Toronto Raptors used a fourth-quarter comeback to slip by the Sacramento Kings 115-104 at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday afternoon.

The Raptors trailed 87-84 heading into the fourth but outscored the Kings 31-17, assisted by a 19-8 run to end the game.

The decisive shot came when Antoine Wright took a Bosh pass in the corner and drilled a three-pointer with 4:12 remaining, to increase the lead to 105-97.

    Do call it a comeback.

Trailing by double digits early in the contest, the Raptors rallied to win their ninth road game of the year in a 106-104 thriller against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night.

Down by five late in the game, in front of the zoo known as New York fans, the Raps did what they’ve been making a habit of in the past month: playing tough defence.

Raptors have Wright stuff dousing Heat

With 20 seconds remaining in the fourth, the Miami Heat watched Raptors forward Antoine Wright, a career .295 shooter from three-point land, launch a crucial three ball  with Toronto up by four.

Considering the offensive  weapons at the Raps’ disposal, that would be a best case scenario for the defence.

In one fluid motion, Wright released the jumper and buried the shot  to cement an exciting 111-103 win over the visiting Miami Heat on Wednesday night.

After hitting only three of their first 16 shots, it looked liked the Raptors would treat the Air Canada Centre crowd to a game as stimulating as waiting for a delayed flight to arrive.

However, what followed couldn’t have been more the opposite.

With a complete team effort the rest of the way, the Raps dismantled and dominated the Dallas Mavericks in a convincing 110-88 victory.
