By , April 10th, 2013 | Uncategorized | 0 Comments

Kelly Gneiting is set to break a world record by being the heaviest man to ever complete a marathon.
Kelly Gneiting is not used to marathons, as a matter of fact, he is a sumo wrestler.
The sumo wrestler is over 400-pounds and is 40-years old.
The 40-year old has set out to run the 26-mile race to inspire people who are overweight that they still have no limits despite their size.

He believes that even at this weight, you can still have very high self-esteem, be athletic, and complete amazing things such as this.

Kelly Gneiting is from Idaho and is a three-time American sumo champion.
The 26-mile race is something the 6-foot sumo wrestler aims to complete in under 9-hours.
If he manages to do this, he will break the official world record for marathon running.
The Los Angeles marathon in California is no easy task, but it is one which he hopes to squash this weekend.
