Mayor David Miller’s sagging political reputation isn’t the only fallout from the civic worker’s strike. Many homeowners are still stuck with yard waste that hasn’t been collected.
Many haven’t had their leaves and grass clippings picked up since the middle of June, and some have resorted to tossing it out with the regular trash.
